In -Progress Inspection for Installation of Underlayment
Dear Bldg. Official:
Please accept this letter as verification that the above referenced
installation is in compliance with FBC Residential, 2017 6th Ed. and ASCE 7-10,
170 mph Ultimate Windspeed and 132 mph Nominal Windspeed.
I have reviewed photo documentation and can attest that the Tri-Built HT
Smooth Peel and Stick Underlayment (FL16048-R6) was installed in accordance
with the manufacturer's specifications subsequent to the sheathing being
renailed with 8d Ring Shank nails @ 4" o.c. at the edges and 6" o.c. in the field.
