supplied by the owner. All electrical, plumbing,and hood work to be completed by others.AmeriGas will provide 4'x 3/41,
commercial connector at$ NIA each andlor a 4'x 314"connector with quick disconnect and restraint cable(needed for all
appliances on wheels) $ NIA each. AmeriGas will order upon request.
Acceptance of this proposal is contingent upon signing AmadGas Propane 5ales&ervice Agreement and a commercial
credit check
If Customer breaches the Agreement,or leaves AmeriGas within 3_years to go with a competitor,Customer agrees to pay
AmeriGas$ 2250 for all labor and material for work above. AmeriGas may recover from the Customer the sum of$ 1250
as liquidated damages.

■ Corrugated stainless steel tubing (CSST) gas piping systems will be bonded
in accordance with Section G2411.1 (3 l U) of the Florida Binding Code and
NFPA 54.
■ Underground gas piping will be installed at a minimum depth of 12 inches
below grade in accordance with Section G2415.12(404.12) of the Florida
Building Code and NFPA 58.
■ Polyethylene pipe will be installed in accordance with 6.11.4 of NFPA 58
and the Florida Building Code.
■ Carbon monoxide monitors will be installed prior to inspection and will
meet all code and safety requirements of NFPA 54 and the Florida Building
Code.
