4 AN ORDER GRANTING MINOR SITE PLAN
5 APPROVAL FOR THE PROJECT TO BE KNOWN
6 AS APOSTLE FAITH CHURCH OF
7 DELIVERANCE, INC.

9 WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Community Development Director has
10 reviewed the application for site plan approval submitted by Raul R. Valella,
11 Architect, on behalf of the Apostle Faith Church of Deliverance, Inc., reviewed the
12 comments of the St. Lucie County Development Review Committee on this
13 application, and made the following determinations:

15 1. A 7,003 square foot expansion of an existing religious facility known
16 as Apostle Faith Church of Deliverance, Inc., has been proposed to
17 be located on the West side of North 43rd Street, approximately 150
18 feet north of Avenue "M". The total amount of space is 12,303 square
19 feet.

21 2. The Development Review Committee has reviewed the site plan for
22 the proposed project and found it to meet the minimum technical
23 requirements of the Land Development Code and to be consistent
24 with the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan.

26 3. The proposed project is consistent with the general purpose, goals,
27 objectives, and standards of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive
28 Plan and the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.

30 4. The proposed project will not have an undue adverse effect on
31 adjacent property, the character of the neighborhood, traffic
32 conditions, parking, utility facilities, or other matters affecting the
33 public health, safety, and general welfare.

35 5. All reasonable steps have been taken to minimize any adverse effect
36 of the proposed project on the immediate vicinity through building
37 design, site design, landscaping, and screening.

40 6. The proposed project will be constructed, arranged, and operated so
41 as not to interfere with the development and use of neighboring

property, in accordance with applicable district regulations.
The proposed project is to be served by adequate public facilities and
services.
8. The applicant has applied for and received a certificate of capacity, a
copy of which is attached to this order as Exhibit A, as required under
Chapter V, St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED:
A. Pursuant to Section 11.02.03(A)(5) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code, the Final Site Plan for the project to be known as Apostle
Faith Church of Deliverance, Inc., and the same is hereby, approved as
shown on the site plan drawings for the project prepared by Raul R. Valella,
Architect dated March 18, 2000, last revised April 17, 2000, and received by
the St. Lucie County Community Development Director on April 17, 2000, is
being granted for the property described as follows:
SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST, SUNLAND GARDENS, SECTION
4, BLOCK 51, LOTS 1 THROUGH 6 AND 12 THROUGH 16.
TOGETHER WITH:
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 8, KEYSTONE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION

B. The approvals and authorizations granted by this Resolution for the purpose
of obtaining building permits on this property, shall expire on May 9, 2002,
unless the developer has obtained building permits for the site plan described
in Part A or an extension has been granted in accordance with Section
11.02.06, St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
C. The Final Site Plan approval granted under this resolution is specifically
conditioned to the requirement that the petitioner, Apostle Faith Church of
Deliverance, Inc., including any successors in interest, shall obtain all
necessary development permits and construction authorizations from the
appropriate State and Federal regulatory authorities, including but not limited
to; the South Florida Water Management District, prior to the issuance of any
local building permits of authorizations to commence development activities
on the property described in Part A.
D. A copy of this resolution shall be attached to the site plan drawings described
in Part A, which plan shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County
Community Development Director.

E. The certificate of capacity, attached as Exhibit A, shall be valid for the same
period as this order. If this order expires or otherwise terminates, the
certificate of capacity shall automatically terminate.
F. A copy of this Order shall be mailed, return receipt requested to the
developer and agent of record as identified on the site plan applications.
G. A copy of this Order shall be attached to the site plan drawings described in
Section A, which plan shall be on file with the St. Lucie County Community
Development Director.
H. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
ORDER effective the 9tn day of May 2000.
