Corrections have been made and plans have been revised accordingly. Plans Examiner Review: JPI, Inc-Andrew Comment #1 A C-shaped vertical member appears on the structural plans & S4 elevations, please tag the base and head attachment. ([A] 107.2.1) Response: For base attachment see 11/S5. For head attachment see 10/S7.1. Comment #2 The following product approval are expired, please revised. ({A} 107.2.1) A. Boral Stone Veneer FL 1504 – there are no records that match the search criteria. B. Alum AC stand NOA 16-0601.01 – file expired Response: A. Boral Stone Veneer FL 1504 has a Quality Assurance Contract Expiration Date of 01/31/2021. Please see attached document B. Alum AC stand NOA 16-0601.01 has a Quality Assurance Contract Expiration Date of 12/31/2020. Please see attached document. Comment #3 At owner’s request the following can items be submitted as deferred submittals, note there is a $75 fee per item. A. Walk in cooler & freezer shop drawings B. Structural steel shop drawings C. Steel joists shop dwgs D. Cold formed steel trusses E. RTU tie down F. Geotech report, S1 G. Kitchen exhaust Response: Acknowledged Page 2 Comment #4 Separate permit required for: A. Kitchen exhaust B. Alternate generated power source (generator) C. Fire alarm shop drawings Response: B. There is no on-site generator. Connection is provided for portable generator that is brought on site from 3rd party in emergency need. Zoning Review: Lydia Galbraith Comment #1 Please indicate on the site plan the setbacks from building to all property lines. Kings Hwy will be front.
