Hi Melissa,
Above permit is for a dock.Andrew brought to my attention the riparian rights.The dock is going in front of next door
property. I questioned the contractor and they submitted attached approval.Can I accept this and let the permit go?
Not really sure what to do.

The County is ®PEN for business, though, the building remains closed to the general public to keep
our citizens and employees safe during the pandemic. The Building Department is operating in a new
location,just a few feet from the main lobby, at the SW corner of the building (formerly the Utilities
Department). Look for the GREEN A-Frame signs. The hours of operation are Monday— Friday from
8:00 am to 4:30 am. All staff is available by email or phone.

Good morning,
After reviewing the attached dock drawings submitted by Mr.O'Neal and a sight visit by the Queens Cove Property
Owners Association—Environmental Committee (QCPOA)the Board of Directors voted on August 17, 2020(as recorded
in the meeting minutes)to allow the submitted dock&finger pier design (See Attached pdf file). A QCPOA conditional
use permit will need to be signed and submitted by Mr. O'Neal since the finger pier will intrude into the waterway
greater than 10'. The configuration submitted meets the QCPOA side lot set back requirements of 10'. If the final
design is less than a 10'side lot set back then Mr.O'Neal and the Board of Directors have agreed that he will pay an
additional annual HOA fee.

Based on FDEP comments the finger pier will not be allowed due to the proximity to the adjacent lot. I see
that Queens Cove Property Association owns the lot in question. Do you know if there has been any prior
permission or agreement by Mr. Oneal and Queens Cove Property Association to allow the dock configuration
as proposed?
