I questioned the contractor and they submitted attached approval.Can I accept this and let the permit go? Not really sure what to do. A QCPOA conditional use permit will need to be signed and submitted by Mr. O'Neal since the finger pier will intrude into the waterway greater than 10'. The configuration submitted meets the QCPOA side lot set back requirements of 10'. If the final design is less than a 10'side lot set back then Mr.O'Neal and the Board of Directors have agreed that he will pay an additional annual HOA fee. I see that Queens Cove Property Association owns the lot in question.
