Reference: Driveway Screen Room Requests
Dear Ms. Perillo:
We have received your request to extend your driveway for a future screen room.
The Architectural Control Committee is pleased to approve your request as submitted.
Please be advised, if the screens ever become faded, torn or in disrepair and become
an eyesore, you must replace them with new screens. Additionally, you must obtain the
necessary permits from the County, complying to the local codes for the above items.
