Pierce, Florida Sir or madam: The numbers reflect the numbering on Inspection Information section we were furnished. 1. The dowels are held in place by gravity. 2. The tank static grounding is shown in the grounding schematic and the pump and light ground wires is shown in the wiring diagram. 3. No calculation is necessary since the volume of the former dike is zero. As shown on the plans portions of the wall are being removed. That is why we are using a double wall tank (UL- 2085) Call me if you have any questions. Yours truly, Robert W. Marshall, P.E. 3 FYI: for efficiency most building departments completely review the entire plan when initially submitted. I recommend you consider implementing that policy.
