particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Government Lot 1, Section 26, Township 37
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence North 00'I3'09" East along
the east line of said Section 26 and the Northerly extension thereof, a distance of
2168.46 feet; thence North 89"46'51" West, a distance of 1786.79 feet to a point in the
Mean High Water Line of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River also being the Northerly
boundary of Harbour Ridge Plot No. 6, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 25, Pages 40 through 40 E. Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the
Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel; thence North 52'30'32" West along
said Mean High Water Line, a distance of 6.00 feet; thence North 41'37'32" East, a
distance of 164.10 feet; thence North 4823'41" West, a distance of 176.94 feet; thence
North 41'15'50" East, a distance of 135.84 feet; thence South 48'23'54" East, a
distance of 183.57 feet; thence South 41'38'09" West, a distance of 299.54 feet to the
Point of Beginning.

and based on GCY, inc. benchmark 641/042 having an elevation of 15.61 feet.
4) 'mean Low Water elevation of (—) 0.20 for this site is as provided by Douglas Thompson of
the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. This elevation was determined by
extending a published datum based on Tide Station 8722334 North Fork.
