Description of sovereignty submerged land in the North Fork of the St. Lucie River in
Section 26, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Tract PA-4, Harbour Ridge Plat No. 3 according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 18 thru 18 E, inclusive, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; run thence South 68'50'48" West along the
Northerly line of said Tract PA-4, also being the Mean High Water Line of the North Fork
of the St. Lucie River, a distance of 54.34 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein
described parcel; thence continue South 68'50'48" West, a distance of 6.43 feet; thence
North, a distance of 168.00 feet; thence West, a distance of 178.00 feet; thence North,
a distance of 143.50 feet; thence East, a distance of 308.00 feet; thence South, a
distance of 120.00 feet; thence West, a distance of 124.00 feet; thence South 189.19
feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 42,285 square feet, more or less (0.97 acre±).

1) All bearings shown hereon are referenced to the West line of Section 25, Township 37 South,
tZonge 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. Said line is assumed to bear N 00'13'09" E.
2) All boundary data shown hereon is as taken from original submerged land surveys prepared
by Mock, Roos & Assoc, for Harbour Ridge, Ltd. and provided by client
3) All elevations shown hereon are referenced to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929
and based on GCY, inc. benchmark 641/042 having an elevation of 15.61 feet.
4) Mean Low Water elevation of (-) 0.20 for this site is as provided by Douglas Thompson of
:he Florida Department of Environmental Protection. This elevation was determined by
extending a published datum based on Tide Station 8722334 North Fork.
5) There have been no changes made to this site since the original date of survey 5/11/99.
