We have received the final flood cert and final survey for above permit.
First of all the permit is expired. A renewal fee is applicable please come in a pay$ 150.00 before we can do any other
inspections.
Final survey is disapproved: pei,-AA
Front deck and steps are not matching with the original approved plans. Landing anld steps are not
manufactured as approved. A permit and signed and sealed building plans are required.
- The finished floor elevation of the MH is 2' higher than approved in the plans.
An ed.
- Please be aware that a larger deck in the rear in front of the sliding doors is not going to meet Code and will
require an approved variance thru the Board of Adjustment.
An approval from Nettles Island HOA is required for the changes. .
These comments only address the Zoning review.The Plans examiner will respond to the final flood cert.

Hi Laura,
Yes we do relocation of manufactured homes. Here are the requirements.
- 2 Mobile Home inspection reports signed and sealed by engineer
- The title of the home
- Plans for the steps(can be fiberglass steps)
- The contractor will need to be a MH installer
- IVIM worksheet`s
- Sub-agreements for electrical, plumbing and mechanical.
- The home can't be older than 1976 and it needs to be a Wind zone II
- 2 signed and sealed surveys.
I think-that covers it all. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Dear Mr. or Mrs. Regan,
Enclosed you will find the registration(s) on your mobile home. Please check them for
accuracy. You may want to keep these where you keep important papers.
Since you also own the land on which your mobile home is located and it is permanently
affixed to the land, it is considered"real property". If there are RP stickers enclosed, it is
because the Department of Motor Vehicles had to change the RP numbers for some reason. All
you have to do is remove the old ones off the window and replace them with these new ones.
They are supposed to go in the window of the mobile home facing the street so they can be seen
by anyone that may come by from the Tax Collector's Office. If there are no RP stickers
enclosed, it means that you can continue to use the old ones that should be in the:window of the
mobile home. If, for some reason,you do not have RP stickers in the window of your mobile
home, contact your local Tax Collector's Office and ask them how to get your RP stickers
