Demo existing shower only. Rough-in new shower valve, install new Pan liner
using "Pro-slope" Per code. Rough-in for slidebar and rainhead. Rough-in and
install two (2) wet area approved LED lights tied into existing lighting.
Replace one (1) sheet of drywall and install four (4) sheets of DensShield in
the shower area. Install new tile in shower and floor. Install plumbing trim,
lighting and replace existing exhaust fan.
