SECURITY AND SAFETY ITEMS FOR THE AREA OF CONSTRUCTION (i.e. TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PARTITIONS, SIGNAGE, BARRICADES, etc.) SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION SHALL BE AS PER OSHA OR OTHER APPLICABLE STANDARDS OR CODES AND DETAILS NOTED, WHICHEVER CONSTITUTES THE MORE STRINGENT REQUIREMENTS. 7. GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL INSPECT ALL FIELD CONDITIONS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A BID. BIDS SHALL INCLUDE ALL WORK TO MEET THE DESIGN INTENT AND DETAILS IMPLIED BY THESE DRAWINGS. 8. THE SITE PLAN DRAWING IS EXCERPTED FROM A DOCUMENT PROVIDED BY THE OWNER. THE ARCHITECT HAS MADE A CURSORY REVIEW OF THIS DOCUMENT, BUT MAKES NO REPRESENTATION FOR REGARDING ACCURACY. ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS SHOWN ON THIS DRAWING SHALL BE FIELD VERIFIED BY THE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK. 9. ANY DISCREPANCIES WITH THE DRAWINGS, DIMENSIONS, CONFLICTS OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ARCHITECT AND VERIFIED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. 12.THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY PROTECTION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND PREVENT ACCESS TO THE PROJECT SITE. 13. THE RECORD SET SHOULD REFLECT THE CHANGES ACTUALLY MADE COMPARED TO THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. 17.THE DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS INCLUDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT ARE AN INSTRUMENT OF THE ARCHITECT AND THEIR CONSULTANTS SERVICES AND SHOULD NOT BE REGARDED AS A PRODUCT.
