Dear Mr. Massey:
This letter is to.confirm that on May 20, 1987, the Board of
Adjustment for St. Lucie -County, Florida, granted your petition
for a Variance from the provisions of the St. Lucie. County Zoning
Ordinance to construct a single family residence lacking required
road frontage on a non -conforming lot of record in AR-1 (Agricul-
tural, Residential - 1 du/ac) for property located approximately
800 ft.'south and 330 ft. east of the east end of Tilton Road.
Building permits must. -be obtained within 12 months from date of
Variance approval.
A copy of recorded Resolution No. 87-08 is enclosed for your
information.
