1. Unload new windows and doors from delivery truck
2. Install 1x4 bucks as needed
3. Install new windows and doors with tapcons or Screws as per NOA
4. Caulk bucks with a Urethane Sealant
5. Sikaflex or equivalent for all caulking
6. Shim windows and doors for plumbing and leveling purposes
7. Adjust all windows and doors after installation
8. Buck material and labor
COSTS NOT INCLUDED:
1. Interior casing or wood trim
2. Painting
3. Custom mull covers or break metal
4. Window Cleaning

Payment shall be made as follows (per unit): Cash or Check
At signing of this proposal 50%
