This Netter is to confirm our telephone discussion concerning
a. Geed dated 24 April, 1973between our Kuthority and True --Line
Industries, Inc. (copy attached hereto). you informed me th,t
your company has purchased the. 'rue --Line Industries, Inc. holdings
-and ask whether or not yqu might substitute a 20' x 40.' woad frame
building for the 15 ` x 201 CBu . office building required in the deed.
The. substituti.oii is acceptable provided that the building it in
good condition, meets dli of: the requirements of the Southern
Standard Building Code, and Provided that you secure necessary
permits for moving, installation of foundation, etc. , prior to
,proceeding with the work.

AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK - TRUELINE INDUSTRIES

Admn. Lewis advised that the covenants state that a building must be set
back 40' and a fence 30' from property line. Mr. Roman, original owner of Tru
line, submitted plans to the Building Dept. based on a building being 28' inst
of 40' and the fence 20' instead of 30'. At that time the Building Dept. was
not enforcing the covenants and Mr. Roman put his fence up at 20' from the lin
Mr. Pope has since taken over Trueline Industries, and proceeding from the pla
poured a foundation with a 28' set back instead of 40'.
Mr. Pope appeared and said he wanted to meet the covenants and would mov
the fence if he had to, but to move the foundation would be a real hardship.
Moved by Com. McCain to grant a variance on the building and stipulate t
fence may be left where it is until an adjacent property owner develops, at
n which time it must be moved, was seconded by Com. Green, and upon roll call
unanimously carried.

3. No temporary structures can be located or used at Industrial
Park. (Porta Toilets - office mobile unit)
4. Lack of required facilities for sanitation.
