Lewis advised that the covenants state that a building must be set back 40' and a fence 30' from property line. Mr. Roman, original owner of Tru line, submitted plans to the Building Dept. based on a building being 28' inst of 40' and the fence 20' instead of 30'. At that time the Building Dept. was not enforcing the covenants and Mr. Roman put his fence up at 20' from the lin Mr. Pope has since taken over Trueline Industries, and proceeding from the pla poured a foundation with a 28' set back instead of 40'. Mr. Pope appeared and said he wanted to meet the covenants and would mov the fence if he had to, but to move the foundation would be a real hardship. Moved by Com. McCain to grant a variance on the building and stipulate t fence may be left where it is until an adjacent property owner develops, at n which time it must be moved, was seconded by Com.
