To Whom It May Concern:
Per Dave Johnson’s request, this letter is regarding permit number 2009-0610. The permit states the
fence will be used as a dumpster enclosure. I apologize for this misunderstanding and am writing to let
you know it is actually a “containment tank” enclosure. When I pulled this permit, I was told by our
salesman he was under the impression it would be a dumpster enclosure and I pulled the permit as
such. I spoke with Mr. Johnson this morning regarding the inspections on this project. He requested I
write a letter stating it is in fact a “containment tank” enclosure and email to the permitting department
as well as himself.
Please let me know if you need any further information from me regarding this. I will be happy to
comply. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
