Evaluation Report This product evaluation is limited to compliance with the structural requirements
Scope: of the Florida Building Code, as related to the scope section to Florida Product
Approval Rule 61G20-3.001.
Limitations and This evaluation report for "Optional Statewide Approval" contains technical

minimum with weather sealing washers(minimum 3/16"penetration through deck). Fasteners
shall be placed through the panel ribs at 12" on center across panel width and spacing along the
ribs as follows:
ZONE 1 (Field): FASTENER SPACING= 16"O.C.
ZONE 2 (Perimeter/Ridge): FASTENER SPACING= 16"O.C.
ZONE 3 (Corners): FASTENER SPACING= 8" O.C.
NOTE: PROVIDE LAP SEALANT FOR ALL ROOF PANEL LAPS FOR ROOF
SLOPES UNDER 3 VERT. :12 HORZ.
Design uplift Pressure for attachment as per above:
Product Design Pressure: Zones 1 &2: -93.5PSF/Zone 3: -101PSF
Therefore O.K.
UNDERLAYMENT•
Underlayment shall be in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines,FBC 1507.4.5.1,and FBC
15074.5.2.Underlayment shall be Approved 30#Roofing Felt.
DECK INSTALLATION•
Re-nail all plywood sheathing(15/32"thick minimum)with 8D ring-shank nails at 4"01C.
perimeter and 6" O.C. field for all zones.
All work to be in compliance with product approval (FL# 17022.1),manufacturer's
specifications, and the Florida Building Code 2014.
