Dear Mr. Hays:
This letter is'to certify. that. construction of.the subject project has been completed, in substantial
conformance with the approved plans, except as noted:
1 ; The inverted crown -on the'south side of the building was revised to a cross slope running
from the edge of pavement to the curb. This field change was requested by the contractor
:and, approved and -was necessary to the limitations in the ability of -the paving, machine to
construct the narrow, width -from the edge of pavement to the inverted crown.
An as -built survey is attached for your records: Material•test:reports are on file=at our office.
