WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this 4th day of December, 2020 by Sherry H. Nalley, a single woman referred to as
Grantor, whether one or more, and whose address is to Vega's Home Construction, Inc., a Corporation,
hereinafter referred to as Grantee, whether one or more, and whose address is .

WITNESSETH:
THAT Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and N0/100 Dollars and other valuable
considerations, in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to Grantee the following described land situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, Florida to

Plat Book 13, Page 14, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

AND Grantor hereby covenants with Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple
and fully warrants the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
