I (James Drago, Registered Architect) have conducted a review of the proposed
design pressures (PSF) for the above Commercial Property location to replace the
doors and windows shown on the attached Floor Plan.
Above 30' component height are as follows:
(See attached Floor Plan for specific door and window size and design pressures)
• ZONE 4 — 50.3 / -54.9
• ZONE 5 — 50.3 / -63.5
• Zone 5 is defined as 5.4' of building wall from building corners.
• Zone 4 is defined as all other wall space.

belief and professional judgment that the proposed design pressures (PSF) to
replace the doors and windows installation will meet (or exceed) the minimum
requirements set forth by the 2017 Florida Building Code — Building, 6th Edition.
