Comments:
One square test area was identified for testing the existing Modified for each BLDG.All loose
debris was swept off the testing area. A 2ft x 2ft piece of 1/4in Securock was adhered to the Mod
Bit.Then a 2ft x 2ft piece of Plywood adhered to the Securock to fit the Pull Tester plate
The adhesive beads were left to cure for a minimum 3hrs for OSFA and 4hrs for RSUA prior to
conducting the pull tests per ANSI/SPRI IA-12010 specification.
