Incomplete applications will not be accepted in accordance with section 11.05.06 (c) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. Within twenty (20) days after an application has been determined to be complete, the Environmental Resources Department shall review the application and approve, approve with conditions, or deny the application, based on the standards set forth in Section 6.00.05 of this Code. Applications requiring a concurrent building permit will be processed within the same twenty (20) day timeframe, however will not be released until the building permit is also approved. Per Section 11.05.06 b. 6. of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the filing of an application shall be deemed to extend permission to the Environmental Resources Director, .or designee, to inspect the subject site for purposes.of evaluating the application.
