submit a new Architectural Review Committee application to the Reserve Plantation Board
of Directors for review.

This is a Conditional Approval from Reserve Plantation Association, Inc. To complete the ARC
application process, you need to obtain approval from the Master POA ARC before work begins.
The POA ARC Applications are available at www.p ag villagepoa.com or at the PGA POA office,
2140 NW Reserve Park Trace. Please return completed applications along with eight (8) copies of
all surveys, permits, and plans to the PGA POA office.
We reserve the right to make a final inspection of the change to ensure that it matches the request
