Pierce, FL 34947 December 9th, 2020 Lennar Homes, Bent Creek Property Owner Fort Pierce, FL 34947 Dear Lennar Homes, This memo is to verify the proposed buffer planting for the south property line of the proposed Orange Avenue RV Storage. St. Lucie County, per Section 7.09.04, 6' galvanized chain link barbwire security fence and landscape adjacent to residential property. Proposed on the approved landscape plan is a 6' galvanized chain link barbwire security fence. Discussions with you the adjacent neighbor, Lennar Homes LLC, are favorable to the requested chain link fence security. St Lucie County is requesting Lennar Homes to provide written authorization that they approve the 6' galvanized chain link barbwire security fence and landscape. Together with the security fence, 28 — 12'-14' height, 3" diameter native trees are proposed along the south perimeter. 15 Dahoon Holly, 10 Bald Cypress, and 3 Live Oaks will be planted to create a native tree canopy and provide visual buffering between the two properties. The existing wall, landscape, and berm along the adjacent perimeter will remain and be augmented with the proposed security fence and native tree planting on the subject site.
