Re: Slab Placement Lot 505
Dear Mr. Voigt,
We approve of your concrete slab placement only, as per the documents submitted. We need a
St,Lucie County permit, slab policy and adjacent form for Lot 504 prior to installing your slab.
However, the Association will review and consider approving the footings upon receipt of St
Lucie County's opinion and/or approval of footings for your future garage as previously
submitted. The Association requires a site plan showing(2).8'x 18' parking spaces.
Please adhere to all Nettles Island governing documents including,but not limited to the Nettles
Island Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island and if required
furnish us with a copy of permits prior to construction.
