We propose to furnish all labor and material to remodel your MASTER BATHROOM SHOWER.
Our scope of work includes the following:
1. Material selections and planning
2. Labor and cost of permitting
3. Job supervision
4. Floor and dust protection
5. Demo:
Remove all shower the & wall boards, & tub. Disconnect & dispose of shower plumbing.
Keep: Everything outside of shower, except toilet paper holder. (flooring, toilet, vanity etc)
6. Debris removal fees
7. Interior walls:
Install Wedi brand shower wall tile backer board & waterproofing
Install Wedi mini shower curb
Install recessed shower niche centered vertically on left wall 12" wide x 38" high located
on long wall approx. 48" above floor.
Install shower corner bench to go to floor on left side of long back wall
Dimensions: 16" deep with clipped corners / overhang of quartz top to be %2"
Repair wall after toilet paper holder is removed

Purchase & install the following:
New roller track for pocket door
New pocket latch (brushed nickel)
9. Plumbing:
Purchase and install plumbing fixtures:
All plumbing fixtures to be brushed nickel
Shower Head: Moen Isabel Multi Function Shower Head 9" (S1311BN)
Location: LEFT or RIGHT side of shower head -TBD
Shower Arm: 8" Shower Arm w/ Flange Kit (S122BN)
Handshower Slidebar: Moen Eco Handheld 4F w/ Slide Bar BN (3667EPBN)
Elbow: Supply Elbow Brushed Nickel (A725BN)
Valve Trim: Moen Eva Tim Kit Posi Valve Only Trim BN (T2131BN)
Valve Transfer Trims: Moen Eva Transfer (T2011BN)
Valve: Moen M-Pact Posi PB Valve w/ Stops (62390) (2 total)
10. Quartz material:
Purchase and install 3 cm (1 %" thick) Pure White Quartz for the following areas:
Shower Curb — %" overhang on both sides"
Shower Seat — %" overhang with clipped corners
Edge detail: Square / Eased
11. Tile:
Purchase and install the following tile:
Shower tile to go to ceiling
Shower walls & back of niche & shower curb: IWT: Albatross White MIXED WITH Albatross
Deco 3x12 Wall Tile - Herringbone Pattern
Shower bullnose: White Schluter Strip
(this material is to be used to finish the exposed tile ends at the shower walls & inside
niche perimeter)
Shower Floor & Back of Niche: Elysium Diana Octagon Thassos
Grout: Ardex Brilliant White
'INSTALLERS: PLEASE SEAL ALL GROUT & NATURAL STONE!!
12. Glass:
Purchase and install frameless tempered shower glass enclosure with brushed nickel
hinges & clips. Glass to have Enduroshield applied at time of glass being tempered.
28" wide door will be operable from left side of shower
Unit to be 76" high
13. Accessories:
Purchase and install the following:
Paper Holder: Moen Eva Paper Holder (YB2808BN)
Location: Across from toilet
Towel Bar: Moen Eva 24" Towel Bar (YB2824BN)
Location: Above Toilet through tile
14. Paint:
Paint one wall with customer supplied paint
(wall across from toilet)
Touch up other areas if necessary
15. Daily clean-up & final clean up by professional cleaning company
