Re: New Modular, Concrete Slab, and Pavers — Lot 1382
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hoose,
The Association has reviewed your plans for a new modular home, concrete pad, and pavers on Lot 1382. The
site plan complies with the required setbacks, meets the two vehicle parking space requirements and we have no
objections. The pavers must be installed so that drainage of water shed from paver installation does not
adversely affect neighboring properties.
Please adhere to all Nettles Island governing documents including, but not limited to the Nettles Island
Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island and provide us with a copy of the
permit prior to commencing construction. Removal of pavers for repairs to any utilities will be the
responsibility of the unit owners. The Association would like to suggest you contact FPL, Bluestream, and ATT
to inquire about adding conduit for future utility repairs or replacement. Also, please be advised that all
Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed,
owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months.
Respectfully,
Howard Kickert
