It is acceptable to replace existing sliding glass doors and windows for the address listed
above as follows:
1) S.G.D. - The PGT "770" series aluminum S.G.D. has a Miami Dade NOA
#20-0429.07. The nominal wind speed is 132 mph and the ultimate wind speed is 170
mph. It has a +90 / -90 design pressure. It has a large & small missile "
approval HVHZ.
2) H.R. - The PGT systems Series "SH 7710A" alum. horiz. roller window has a Florida
NOA-# 20-0406.04. The nominal wind speed is 132 mph and the ultimate wind speed
is 170 mph. It has a +80 /-110 design pressure and has a large missile "D"
approval and HVHZ .
The worst case scenario building design pressures of addr ess listed above in Zone 4 is +58.7 / -
63.7 and Zone 5 is +58.7 / -78.5. The building has a type II classification and exposure category
"D" for the 6th Edition of the FBC (2017).
