This letter confirms approval of Minor Site Plan Adjustment #7 to the Hibiscus by the Sea Major Site Plan project, known as Tarpon Flats Beach Access at Hibiscus by the Sea. The purpose of this site plan ,adjustment is to allow beach access improvements within an access easement for the Tarpon Flats subdivision residents. Please retain this letter and the attached set of plans date stamped approved on August 8, 2014 by the Planning and Development Services Department for your records. All other applicable state or federal. permits, must be obtained before commencement of the development, including but not limited to a permit from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the authorization of the proposed dune crossover. This approval does not in any way constitute authorization to begin construction. Prior to the commencement of any construction .on this property, an application for specific building permits must be obtained from the Building Division. For. specific information on the requirements of these submissions, including applicable fees, please contact our Building & Code .Regulations Division at 772-462-1553.
