Being all of Lot 51, according to the unrecorded plat of CREEKSIDE
PLAT NO. 4, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows;
Commence at a point on the Southerly right—of—way of State Road
70 (Okeechobee Road) (a 200.00 foot wide right—of—way) being the
Northwest corner of CREEKSIDE PLAT NO. 3, as recorded in Plat
Book 69, Page 30, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
thence South 58'02'36" East, a distance of 1,752.71 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING of the following described parcel;
Thence North 87'48'01" East, a distance of 130.00 feet to the
intersection with a non tangent curve concave to the West, having a
radius of, 355.00 feet, the chord of which bears South 04'05'58"
West, 77.90 feet; thence Southerly along the arc of said curve, a
distance of 78.06 feet through a central angle of 12'35'53"; thence
North 79'36'06" West, a distance of 130.00 feet to the intersection
with a non tangent curve concave to the West, having a radius of
225.00 feet, the chord of which bears North 04'05'58" East, 49.37
feet; thence Northerly along the arc of said curve, a distance of
49.47 feet through a central angle of 12'35'53" to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containing 0.190 acres, more or less.
