have been made in accordance with these comments:

DADE N.O.A. 15-0916.12 IS EXPIRED. PLEASE PROVIDE CORRECTED
PLAN SHEET CVR WITH CURRENT GLASS BLOCK PRODUCT APPROVAL.

Comment 2: TRUSS MANUFACTURER LAYOUT SUBMITTED IS NOT REVIEWED AND
APPROVED BY DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD (MICHAEL
ANDERSON). [A] 107.2.1 OF THE 2017 5TH EDITION FBC.
Response 2: Please see signed truss manufacturer layout provided with this response
package.
Comment 3: ENERGY CALCS AND MANUAL J WERE NOT SUBMITTED WITH PLANS.
PLEASE PROVIDE FOR CAYMAN 1560 B1. [A] 107.2.1 OF THE 2017 5TH
EDITION FBC.
