The re-deckin of this exempt 175 ftz dock in the same foot print and configuration does not require official

documentation from this office. If an official document is required then a Request for Verification of an Exemption Form
62-330.050(1) is required with drawing, property layout and $100 fee.
Would you pass this along to Richard Belville please. I haven't been able to contact him.
