Director of Planning and development Services
Subject:9605 Orange Ave. Finish Floor Variance BY
Permit No. 1703-0340
Ms. Olsen,
The reason we are requesting a variance on the finish floor elevation for our garage is that the
requested elevation of 23.46,would be 4 inches above the centerline of Orange Avenue(elevation
23.13). This will place it 36 inches above-an-out building, on and directly behind our proposed building
on one adjacent parcel, and 12 inches above an out building on another adjacent parcel.
Thank you, j
Timothy Kuhn
