Thank you for taking the time to meet with me last week and your assistance in unscrambling our permit
dilemma.
Pursuant to our discussion find revisions attached hereto:
Permit#1705-0299 /Permit Issued — 9421 Portside Drive
Permit was issued with the understanding that revised energy calcs would be submitted to provide
room by room calculation. When I met with you, last week you advised that while the information I had
was sufficient to meet that criteria,you would not have accepted the original documents as the window
information was not correct. I had the window information included and respectfully request that you
remove the condition from the permit, so we can proceed with inspections.
Permit#1705-0300 /Permit Issued — 9509 Portside Drive
(SAME AS ABOVE)
Permit was issued with the understanding that revised energy calcs would be submitted to provide
room by room calculation. When I met with you, last week you advised that while the information I had
was sufficient to meet that criteria,you would not have accepted the original documents as the window
information was not correct. I had the window information included and respectfully request that you
remove the condition from the permit,so we can proceed with inspections.
Permit 1704-0418 /Permit Issued—9316 Windrift Circle
This permit was held and not issued until the conditions were met. However the inspection card
indicated there was a condition and the Energy calcs issued with the permit was for a different builder,
home and location. When I met with you last week, there was the situation with the windows and a
question relative to the sf and ac layout due to garage being a/c space with no duct work being shown.
The attached plan show that the a/c is a mini split system and no duct work is required. Also plans have
been revised to provide correct information for the windows. Again I respectfully request that you
remove the condition from the permit so we can proceed with inspections.
Should any clarification or additional information be required, please do not hesitate to contact me.
