Whole House Repipe : Re -pipe entire home to every fixture including main valve and existing water heater using Uponor Pax
piping and copper where required.
All fixtures will get new angle stops and steel braided supply lines.
A pressure test will be completed to ensure work is done property.
Plumbing permit is required. Customer is responsible for any additional requirements by the building department Walls
must remain open for inspection, if walls are closed prior to inspection customer is responsible for all related fees to re -open
walls and wall repair.
Admiral Plumbing is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any drywall, tile, cabinetry, or any other access points
made to complete the re -pipe. Admiral Plumbing is not responsible for dust or dust clean up.
s do not work after re -pipe is complete there will be additional charges to run and replace hose bib water lines.
*50% deposit is required with the signed estimate and the remaining balance is due upon successful pressure test and water
being restored to home.
