CERTIFICATION
Gentlemen,
We have observed some of the installation and the completion of (64)
helical piers placed according to the approved plans for this job. In
addition we reviewed the "Log Report" and observed that all piers
developed more than 25kips which exceeds the design values. Concrete
pads were formed at each pad & the location of piers were set per plan.
The brackets. were; installed per the manufacturer's specifications.
We hereby certify that this installation meets or exceeds the design values
of the structural design required by Chubb Engineering the "Engineer of
Record" on this _project..The work done is in substantial accordance with
the plans and specifications as submitted. In addition, the finished product
(piers) appears to have been done in a good workmanship like manner.
