Plan approval for Silver -Line Plastics has been Administratively Approved with Conditions. This site plan approval becomes effective immediately and is contingent upon compliance with the Condition of Approval shown in Exhibit "A". The Planning & Development Services Director has granted approval of the Minor Adjustment for the purpose of adding four (4) additional silos to the existing light industrial site along the eastern property line. The next step in the approval process is to process a Building Permit in conformance with the Minor Adjustment hereby approved. A set of plans that have been stamped "approved" are also enclosed with this letter. Prior to the commencement of any construction on this property, an application for specific building permits must be obtained. The County's Building and Code Regulation staff is willing to provide you the necessary. assistance with your building permit which will be handled utilizing the expedited building permit review process. For specific information on the requirements of these submissions, including applicable fees, please contact the St. Lucie County Planning, & Development Services Department - Building & Code Compliance Division at 772/462-2172. Applicable, federal and state approvals/permits are required prior to the commencement of any development activity (i.e. clearing, grading, removing structures, etc.). The responsibility for contacting federal and state agencies, procuring permits/approvals and compliance with applicable laws are the sole responsibility. of the applicant. . 2) Per Florida Statute 125.022, the issuance of development approval does not create any liability on the part of the county if the applicant fails to obtain requisite approvals or fulfill the obligations imposed by a state or federal agency or undertakes actions that result in a violation of state or federal law. 3) Copies of all applicable state or federal permits/written approvals are required by the County prior to issuance of a Vegetation Removal Permit and any development activity. 4) Within 90 days of site plan approval, the applicant shall install the required landscaping in order to be consistent with the February 1.4, 2001 approved Landscape Plan. . 5) Within 90 days of site plan approval, the applicant shall remove all Category 1 invasive exotic plant species [7.09.05].
