I have emailed over ed on this and today found out he is no
longer with the county. Please let me know when i can go ahead
and get these revisions for 1704-0504 approved. I have a email
fi om the DEP that i have copied and put in this email for you.
CLASSIFICATION:UNCLASSIFIED
Since permit modifications can't be applied to GPs, this project would essentially have to be re-
permitted in order for the updated drawings to be applied to a new verification letter. However,
since the change you've requested (swapping the two lifts) is minor and doesn't cause any
additional impacts from what was already issued,the Corps doesn't see any problems,as long as
the change is noted in the self-certification post construction.
You can try reaching out to the County and let them know where the Corps stands on this,or if
you want to give there my contact info that works too. As far as the DEP permit goes, you
would have to speak with DEP about that.
