BUILDING PERMIT REVISION NO. 3 LETTER
Permit No. 1703-0481
15354 Navion Drive
Port St. Lucie, FL 34987
Dear Mr. Durden,
This letter shall serve as a summary for the items related to this Revision No. 3, which consists
of several miscellaneous items requested by the Owner, as well as some County requested
items related to the separation of the living area from the residential hangar space. The items
are itemized as follows (all corrections and changes have been clouded and designated with
Revision No. 3, dated 03-06-18):
For clarification, Revision No. 1 included all correction items necessary from the comments
made by the County in order to acquire the Building Permit, as well as the addition of the lean-to
on the south side of the building and a shift in the proposed driveway location. Revision No. 2
included a minor relocation of the septic tank and drain field.
All new Revision No. 3 items are detailed as follows:
1. The General Contractor is now listed on the "Project Consultants" list on the cover sheet.
Please see revised sheet T-1.
2. We added a set of steel stairs and rails, as well s, , , h u - e d , i order to
access the 2"d level attic area. The originally `i w' r ^ ' .i r$ it i e ;, too
small and this allows for easier access. This requ , acdi o: f ;A4. o all of
the stairs and rails details. Please see revise sh TV - > , E1 P-1.
Please also see revised Door Schedule on sheet% 00tfodq,D 10.

4. The layout of the Bathroom 103 vanity has been slightly updated, which now shows two
sink bases and a stack of drawers in the middle. Please see revise sheet A-1, E-1 and
P-1.
• 5. The Shower 104 seat has been deleted. See revised sheet A-1, E-1 and P-1.
I 6. The hangar hand sink has been relocated. Please see revised sheets A-1, E-1 and P-1.
7. We now provide pro ep r separation of the electrical system, between the hangar and the
living space. This has been discussed and verbally approved by David Johnson. We
now have a 200 amp Panel B in the living space (south wall of Hall 106) and a 100 amp
Panel A in the hangar where the original main panel was located. All items in the living
area are now fed from Panel B and all hangar-related items are fed from Panel A. We
revised the panel schedules and updated the riser diagram. Please see revised sheets
A-1, M-1, EA E-2 and P-1.
8. As discussed with David Johnson and required by code, we now provide for a 4" high
concrete (non-combustible) threshold at the entrance door (Door 5) into the living area
from the hangar. See revised sheet A-1.
9. The site plan now shows a proposed 50' x 50' paver area adjacent to the east side of the
building where the hangar door is located, as well as a paver walkway leading to the
man door on the north side. The driveway was slightly reconfigured to accommodate
this change. See revised sheet C-1.
10. The Laundry closet has been relocated. The framing and utilities in the existing location
sha a remove an t is area as ecome additional cabinet space (full height / full
depth pantry). The new location is now between Bathroom 103 and Closet 105 a_5-,
• shown. We have widened some walls as necessary to accommodate the new drain line
and venting required, that now connects to the new stack from the future 2"d floor
bathroom (separate permit)—see Item 11. Walls, door, electrical venting and plumbing,
etc. have been modified as required. Please see revised sheets A-1, E-1 and P-1.
11. We are now prepping for a future 2"d floor bathroom. The added sheet A-1.1 and the
revised plumbing plan (sheet P-1) shows the layout. We shall be roughing in for water
and waste lines, capping above 2"d floor deck to make addition easier in the future. In
order to accommodate this future change, we added a chase wall on the north side of
the shower for the new stack/drain line and modified the plumbing accordingly. The new
line for this bathroom shall drain separately through the exterior wall and connect to the
existing service line as shown. Venting has been revised as well to reflect this change.
Please see revised sheets CA
A-1, A-1.1, MA E-1 and P-1.
12. We added clarifications regarding the fastening details for the ceiling framing. Please
see added e ail 9/A-5 and added notes on sheets A-5 and A-7. _
13. The ceiling height in Great Room 108 has been increased to 12'-0" in lieu of original 9'-
0" height. See revise oom finis Schedule on sheet A-5 and section modifications on
