ALL LIABILITIES AND CLAIMS OF ANY TYPE OF NATURE WHICH MAY ARISE NOW, OR IN THE FUTURE, OUT
OF THIS TRANSACTION, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE -WHICH MAY BE INCURRED DUE TO THE
