Bath &Kitchen Comment 1; No slab drilling, cutting or mechanical fasteners will be used in this scope of work, the WEDI brand shower system grouts to the existing slab also using the existing drain location. Comment 2 ; The tenant separation wall has been identified on the attached plan. There also appears to be a utility chase area of unknow use in the area behind the toilets and showers, this wall will be treated as a fire rated wall at this time, being that its actual use is unknow. This supplied plan is based on field measurements, no building plans seem to exist with the HOA association or in the county's records department. Comment 3; 1 have attached 3 options to complete the construction of the fire rated walls — each end of the proposed shower remodel area, about 32" at each. Once the existing shower tile and wall board are removed, we will be able to determine the best of the options to use based on existing building conditions.
