Notice is hereby given that the Housing Finance Authority of St. Lucie County, Florida
(the "Authority") will hold and conduct a public meeting to be held on January 27, 2021, beginning
at 4:00 pm., at the offices of the Authority, in Conference Room 3, 2300 Virginia Avenue, 3rd Floor, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982, for the purpose of considering matters properly before the
Authority, including:
(1) The authorization and award of bonds to be issued by the Authority for the Sands at
St. Lucie Project;
(2) An amendment to the resolution declaring the official intent of the Authority for the
Blue Sky Landing project to increase the not to exceed principal amount of bonds to be issued
for such project;
(3) The declaration of official intent to finance at a later date the Misty Creek Preserve
Project; and
(4) Such additional actions that may come before the Authority.
All interested parties are invited to present their comments at the time and place set forth above. The public will be able to physically attend this meeting but seating in the Conference Room 3 will be regulated to comply with social distancing protocols. Members of the public who do attend are required to wear masks or similar devices, which cover the nose and mouth pursuant to Emergency order 20-044.
Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this hearing, they
will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone with a disability requiring
accommodation to attend this meeting should contact the St. Lucie County Safety and Risk
