To Whom It May Concern:
Our office has personally inspected the as built 24' x 24' x 8" thick 2500 psi concrete slab
with fibermesh over vapor barrier over clean compacted chemically treated soil and find
that the foundation meets the requirements of the FBC and FRC 2017, 61h Edition, the
requirements of the metal building manufacturer (SteelMaster Buildings Model#A23-13
DWG# 81-56726 R ) and our engineering requirements. All anchors shall be %" x 4"
minimum embedment redheads located per the metal building plan.
