This letter is to explain the revisions/changes done to the plans under your review as per your departments"Review
Comments"issued March 14,2017. Our responses are as follows:
1. Corrected Product approval affidavit on sheet Al to match actual product approvals submitted.
2. Corrected energy calcs should be submitted with this revision.Reviewed correction and now shows two
steel doors under doors and the sliding glass door and french door under windows due to the glass in-thee
assemblies
3. Corrected product approval affidavit to match actual product approvals submitted.
4. Corrected energy calcs should be submitted with this revision.
5. Added required attic venting calculations to sheet Al.
6. Added required climatic&geographic design criteria to sheet Al.
7. Now showing required smoke detectors with carbon monoxide detectors on sheet El.
8. Added required'flame spread and smoke developed index for wall and ceiling finishes to sheet S1.
9. Added required flame spread and smoke developed index for wall and ceiling insulation to sheet S 1.
10. Added required gypsum board materials notes to sheet S1.
11. Added required ceramic tile materials notes to sheet S1.
12. Marked the bedroom windows with required egress note on sheet A2
13. Added Non-Bearing wall partitions to sheet S 1
! 14. Added self-closing note to garage door on sheet A2
15. Didn't show headers and strapping due to the fact this plan does NOT have any wood bearing walls. All
bearing walls are CBS with lintel headers.
16. Added required sanitary riser to sheet S 1
17. Corrected energy calcs should be submitted with this revision.
With these revisions we believe these plans are now in compliance with 2014 FBC 5t`Edition. If you have any
