finishes and options. I understand that the project cost and my deposit were pending confirmation by the measure
technician. Changes in products or finishes since signing of my contract can and will result in a change in cost. I
understand that once products are ordered, no changes can be made to my project. I also understand that
unforeseen labor charges may be incurred after installation begins. This may include wood rot or other internal
damages.
