DIMENSIONING NOTES

3. DOORS LOCATED TIGHT TO A PERPENDICULAR INTERSECTION OF WALLS
SHALL BE LOCATED A DISTANCE OF 1/2 THE SCHEDULED DOOR SIZE, PLUS 4"
FROM THE PERPENDICULAR WALL PLANE, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
4. HOLD CRITICAL OR "CLEAR" DIMENSIONS NOTED AS SUCH.
5. CALCULATE WORK IN FIELD WHERE INDICATED BY NOTES CALLING FOR

DRYWALL & FINISH NOTES
1. DRYWALL SHALL CONFORM WITH SECTION R702.3.1 OF THE FLORIDA
BUILDING CODE (RESIDENTIAL).
2. CERAMIC TILE IN TUB/ SHOWER COMPARTMENTS SHALL CONFORM WITH
SECTION R702.4 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE (RESIDENTIAL).
3. WALL AND CEILING FINISHES SHALL HAVE A FLAME SPREAD CLASSIFICATION
OF NOT GREATER THAN 200 AND A SMOKE -DEVELOPED INDEX OF NOT
GREATER THAN 450.
4. ATTIC INSULATION SHALL HAVE A CRITICAL RADIANT FLUX NOT LESS THAN
0.12 WATT PER SQUARE CENTIMETER WITH A FLAME SPREAD NOT
EXCEEDING 25 WITH AN ACCOMPANYING SMOKE -DEVELOPED INDEX NOT
EXCEEDING 450.
5. FOAM BLOCK INSULATION SHALL HAVE A FLAME SPREAD OF NOT MORE THAN
75 AND SMOKE -DEVELOPED INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 450.
6. ALL DRYWALL INTERIOR HOUSE/GARAGE TO BE FINISHED AND READY FOR
PAINT. NO TEXTURED CEILINGS AND NO TEXTURED WALLS. PAINTING; ALL
CEILINGS ARE TO BE FLAT WHITE. OWNER WILL PROVIDE A COLOR
SCHEDULE FOR THE VARIOUS ROOMS. ALLOW FOR 5 INTERIOR COLORS ON
THE WALLS, SATIN FINISH. THE GARAGE WALLS WILL BE ONE COLOR AND
GARAGE FLOORS ONE COLOR EPDXY PAINT, GARAGE CEILINGS FLAT WHITE.
COLORS TO BE SELECTED AT A LATER DATE.
7. OWNER TO PROVIDE GENERAL CONTRACTOR WITH TILE RENDERING
DRAWINGS AND SPECIFIED TILES.
8. OWNER TO PROVIDE GENERAL CONTRACTOR WITH RENDERING DRAWINGS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR GLASS AND MIRRORS
9. OWNER TO PROVIDE TO GENERAL CONTRACTOR WITH RENDERING

3. AT OPENINGS AROUND VENTS, PIPES, DUCTS, CABLES AND WIRES AT CEILING
AND FLOOR LEVEL, WITH AN APPROVED MATERIAL TO RESIST THE FREE
PASSAGE OF FLAME AND PRODUCTS OF COMBUSTION. THE MATERIAL
