In response to the most recent comments:
1}The proposed addition is set in the certified drawings (pg AO) highlighted grey diagonal lines poed out by two lines and
the phrase "scope of work, rear addition"
2}The finished floor heights of existing house and addition are in the cd's on pgs A2, A3, A6 and A7. *We will have the
survey company return to revise the drawing to mark the centerline of the adjacent road to specify elevation of house in
difference to the centerline of the road. As it states in the cd's the addition will be brought up to existing floor heights of
the home to mock the same elevations of living space.
31 Due to the odd shape of the plot, the property lines that run along the house and come to a point in the rear of the
house are considered side property lines which require a minimum set back of 7.5ft. This knowledge comes from a
previous variance we attempted to file due to the original proposed floor plan coming within 4.2ft of the
property. The furthest rear property point of the house exceeds 15ft.
41 Please elaborate in the discrepancy you have found between the survey measurements of the proposed addition and
the measurements of the proposed floor plan.) found a difference of one inch in the proposed depth of the survey
measurements and floor plan. Is this what you are referring to?
Thank you for your help and time assisting in this.
Also, i will be hand delivering a copy of the cd's tomorrow, tuesday, oct. 5 if you would like to talk in person.
