To Whom It My Concern
Please be advised that an onsite inspection was performed on January 25th and January 29, 2021 at the above
referenced project to inspect the infield stair modification from the original permit approved plans adding an
intermediate landing. The following inspections where perfomed:
1. Landing footing and reinforcing.
2. Stair and Landing Framing.
3. Hurricane strapping and tie downs.
4. Railings / guardrails.
5. Stair final.
I hereby certify the stairs were constructed in accordance with the 2017 Florida Building Code for 160 MPH Wind
Zone, Risk Category II, Exposure “C”
