have been made in accordance with these comments:

FILE WAS "FLATTENED", SIGNATURE IS NOT VERIFIABLE. ([A]107.1)
Response 1: File was not flattened, all signatures are valid.
Comment 2: A1.0, DETAIL J- PLEASE CLARIFY THE WIDTH OF THE FOOTER. THE
DIMENSION LINE DOES NOT EXTEND TO THE EDGE OF THE FOOTER.
FOOTER IS LISTED AS 16" WIDE, ALL OTHER FOOTERS ARE SHOWN AS
