contractor to the fact that a drain line penetrates the footing.This condition poses no structural compromise to
the footings.

To whom it may concern,
Please note that,as the Design Professional of record for this permitted improvement,we conducted a site
inspection of the footings for the above captioned permit number.All footings and foundation work were
installed as per the plans.We find no issue with the installation.
The deletion of the#5 continuous rebar poses no compromise to the slab footing.
Please see photos below that were taken during our ins ection.
